Located on the ground floor, 40 square meters surrounded by sandstone walls, a vault, arches, exposed beams... and 25 square meters of patio just for you, a unique space!

It is completely open with many corners designed to disconnect and relax... In the quietest area of the loft, separated by a bamboo curtain, is the King size bed. The rest of the space is distributed between a living area overlooking the patio and the kitchen area.

It is simple, but it has everything you could need, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle and a lot of extra utensils, ideal for preparing any type of dish.

A 2-minute walk away is the Ciutadella market where you can buy Menorca products every day, and two days a week there is an organic farming market.

Also very close there are a lot of restaurants that offer the Take Away service, you can pick up your food and eat in your room.

A large glass door separates the studio from a lovely covered patio, the roof can be opened slightly for ventilation. You have a table to eat outside, hammocks and it is full of plants... being partially outdoors and being on a ground floor, some insects can sneak in... Keep this in mind if you are extremely squeamish or allergic.

The bathroom is located at the back of the patio, if you leave the doors open you will see the little plants while you shower in total privacy.
